Refund Policy

• Individuals - Ad/Listing Fees: Payments made for enlisting an ad or listing on the platform are non-refundable.

• Store Owners - Subscription Fees: Payments made for subscribing to the platform to showcase your store are non-refundable. However, subscriptions are month-to-month and can be canceled at any time. The shop will remain active until the subscription period ends.

• Tournament Registration Fees: Payments made for tournament registration fees are non-refundable.
